Once we receive your order please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once your order is booked for pickup in our system.
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. Musketeers currently only offers Standard Shipping : 5-10 business days
Please allow 5-10 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Musketeers is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
- We do not offer free returns and exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage costs regarding returns and exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unused. Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange a product
- All items are inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. Items found used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. - Products purchased on sale/discount cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
- We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 3 days of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases. In case you have placed an order and want to cancel it, kindly send us an email at info@musketeerleather.com mentioning your order ID and the name with which the order was placed. Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched from our end.
